Help!!! The "tweener" stage! Open / Excellent
We are not novice anymore, but we are also not masters … we are the tweener … that will sometimes get "stuck" at this level, better called plateauing. This is a hard place to be. We will work on both short to long sequences that will integrate the contacts. This will give us an opportunity to work on skills learned and criteria set. We often compromise our criteria and let strong skills deteriorate due to our desire to Q … We will reinforce the right behavior for the dog and learn how to effectively maintain the behavior.
