101 - Beginning Puppy
Beginning socialization, management, handling, and manners class for puppies 10-16 weeks old (up to four months) at the start of the series. At least 2 sets of distemper/parvo shots are required (please confirm before signing up!) Six week class for $200. A 1-hour virtual orientation will be emailed and you will need to complete this and start some homework prior to the first class! If extenuating circumstances prevent us from having an in-person class, we may substitute it for a Zoom class!

Join Puppies in the Park! This class is for pups ages 14-20 weeks & over 25 pounds. These single-day events are held in the Marin Humane Parks. You and your dog will learn how to play with other dogs, how to interact with new environmental objects, and how to play with YOU. At least 2 sets of distemper/parvo shots are required (please confirm before signing up!) Please only sign up for one Puppies in the Park class per day. Each class is 45 minutes long for $35. Classes will be held for mild weather (sprinkles for example).

102 - Family Dog 1 -
For dogs 4 months and older, any breed size. A beginning-level class teaching the fundamentals of good manners - sit, down, stay, come, polite greetings and walking, wait at doors, and leave it. Prefer a class just for small dogs? We offer the same beginning-level class for the little guys. Check out our Small Dog 1 class. A rabies vaccine and current distemper/parvo shots are required (please confirm before signing up!). A 1-hour virtual orientation will be emailed and you will need to complete this and start some homework prior to the first class! If extenuating circumstances prevent us from having an in-person class, we may substitute it for a Zoom class!

The Belvedere Community Center is located at 450 San Rafael Avenue in Belvedere. From 101 Take exit 447 for Tiburon Blvd/CA-131 East, At 3.2 miles, turn Right onto San Rafael Avenue. Take a Left onto Community Road and a Right into the parking lot.

This short course was designed to give our community the tools to prevent separation anxiety as we transition back to our old routines.
Though the date says 12/31/22, it’s available on-demand for whenever you want to watch it! When you register for this free course, you’ll also receive an email with some helpful resources. Please note that this course is designed for preventing and managing mild separation anxiety.
